Understanding

We have empathy with researchers, institutions and the challenges they face. We’ve been there ourselves, and genuinely want to make research better and easier for all involved.

Excellence

We are respected knowledge providers in academic researcher development. We have many years of experience conducting research and translating it into training that connects deeply with researchers. Our track record shows our work has a hugely positive impact on the lives of individuals and for institutions.

Partnership

We work in partnership with clients and institutions. We believe in open dialogue and using our many years’ experience to offer bespoke solutions that are suited to your particular context.

Greater Good

We try to work in a way that is sustainable for us as well as for the organisations and people with whom we work. Rather than offer just quick fixes, we help you find long-term solutions.

I have found that the character of the facilitator is extremely important to the success of a personal development session regardless of the techniques being used. What makes this course so effective is Dr Lane's approach, which is professional and knowledgeable but also warm, supportive, and funny"
